As some of you may or may not know, we are coming to the end of Mental Health awareness week. This is an important cause that affects the lives of not only adults, but 1 in 10 children and young people. A child’s stress and anxiety can derive from school work, peers/bullying, or even issues at home. However, no child should reach their limit before getting the necessary help they need to relieve stress and back pain.

With an overwhelming 75% of children not receiving any treatment for mental health, here at Accelerate we thought it would be a perfect idea to introduce our comments box. The aim is to provide the children the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings freely, whether happy or sad but as an outlet for any concerns they may have. We want to provide a calm, sociable space which will hopefully encourage
